I caught up with my old friend and musical cohort Susie a little while ago and she said, "hey, we should write a song".  So we started one.  As we got going the idea of writing a song parady/double entendre about one of Susie's loves, Poker, came up so we sidelined the first effort (which is now our current project) and wrote this.

It is meant to be a little over-the-top and a bit of fun.

This is my take on climate change.  Some people interrupt the lives of the powerless, I just write a song.  The 'Neighbourhood' in the lyric can be thought of as the Planet Earth.  It's also a nod to the concept of "Act locally, think globally".
