All the chaos in this world, all the atrocities against humanity, following the recent US elections. What happened to our humanity? why are our leaders driven by greed? Why are people so hateful, when they say they follow the good teachings of their religion? We live in one planet, we share the same anatomy, beneath our skin colour, our social status, we are all humans, we all bleed, we all die. We were born in this earth with nothing, and we take nothing at the end of our lives. Does it really matter how much money we possess? at the end of the day, it's how we lived our lives that counts the most - Have we been kind? or have we been fuelled by hate? who are we trying to impress?

What Has The World Come To?

It really hurts when you found out that someone you've been close friends with for many years isn't really the person you thought you knew. Either that or time has changed them. Your values grew apart, the things that are important to you doesn't mean anything to them, the worst part is, they despise the very being of who you are. 

Hello, Old Friend

If there's one thing I've learned about depression, it's not caused by a random stranger, or an enemy, or someone you hate - It's caused and inflicted by the one you hold dearest. It doesn't mean it couldn't be repaired, but it definitely changes you, and the way you see yourself.

I'm Losing Me

Have you ever been in a long relationship and then along the way, you meet someone that makes you question whether you're in the right place? But you still love the person you're with enough to not let him go. And as much as you feel like you have found a new spark in your life, you choose to keep the peace and not hurt the first one that won your heart. It's a crossroad, it's confusing, it hurts. But at the end of the day, you chose to do what you think is the right thing to do.

What Could’ve Been

Often times when I'm having a gloomy episode, I do feel like I'm fighting a silent battle - it's difficult to wake up fighting yourself, and just telling yourself how you need to overcome and conquer that day. The worst part of it is you can't tell anybody, because no one wants to hear stories of sadness.

Sometimes I reflect on everything that's happening around me on a daily basis, and I can't help but think, this couldn't be real. It almost feels as if I'm living in a simulated life, controlled by some mastermind I don't know
