The sound of a blackbird and what I believe is a shrew, apparently similar sound to that of a Goldfinch. I was watching the mice and small, black shrews running around in the leaf litter for just under an hour, with the rustling of the leaves also came this high pitched sound I noticed. Shrews are fast!

Binaural Recording: Spring Woodland

Me and a group of friends, after placing a contact microphone were playing around with the sounds of the frozen pond, each taking it in turn with the headphones, listening and creating sounds off the lake, using hands, branches, bits of ice, stones and bark. 
Lasted about 14 minutes, at points we got carried away and it was too much for the mic, so i edited it down.
