When I start working on a song, sometimes I need to "practice" compose.  Today this was the result of my warmup.  Incidentally, no plug-ins were used to mix!

Chief Sheaff produced the singer/songwriter TSteele's song "The Hoop Song".  The style is Urbabilly, (a phrase coined by Chief Sheaff).  It's a song about getting your heart ripped out of your chest, but you'll feel like dancing while you listen.  :)  enjoy.

Written by Dayna Lane and Chief Sheaff.  This is a great pop classic.  Dayna is a ridiculously talented vocalist too.  This song won a songwriting contest on Jewel's website a few years ago.  It's a great song.  Enjoy.
