Golden Eyes

Phil Stack, on his own, has been a long time in the making. A well known bassist among many genres, he started songwriting in his teens with a piano and an old 4 track.

'Golden Eyes' is the first track off Stack's first solo release, which is currently being recorded in his converted car spare parts workshop in Sydney's inner West. 

'I love the Beatles, Stevie Wonder, Led Zep, and songs like 'Alone Again, (Naturally)' by Gilbert O'Sullivan. (This one makes me a little teary ! ) I am trying to write honestly, write what i hear purely and combine these influences with the contemporary world we live in'.
