This is a practice mix of Coldplay's Clocks using Dr. Mix's source multitrack. I added additional synth elements and risers for ear candy. The drum track was a stereo drum machine and did not have kick separation. All other tracks were dry individual instruments including live bass and Hammond organ with Leslie using a Shure SM57 mic. This song was recorded with nothing but my original gear that I got back in 1989. The song was composed on an Alesis MMT-8 sequencer and the drums on the HR-16. The synths used in this track are the Roland D-50, the Sequential Circuits Six-Trak and the Roland U-220. I am learning the art of mixing, so this is not mastered yet.

BackGroove 89

A quick and happy synth pop song made with Roland D-50, SCI Six-Trak, Deepmind 12 using Jorb 106 patches, the Alesis HR-16, Addictive Drummer 2 VSTi, Moog Bass/Lately Bass on a S-550 sampler, some custom Roland U-220 sounds, and the Ample Guitar Les Paul VSTi. Lots of time signature changes in this song, a key change and an S-550 orchestra hit for fun. This is the raw mix with little processing and still in development.

Horizon

Ride along with the Diva in this semi-classical synth orchestra arrangement with dramatic riffs and chill vibes.  Composed on a hardware sequencer with only hardware synthesizers, this song follows a classical music structure with a groove. This is the rough mix and has not been mastered.
