I've been playing around with mixing some of my older stuff to see what happens. This is a couple of early tracks superimposed and slightly altered and, yes, that is my voice that you can hear in the distance - as far away as possible! It's a .... noisy... track!

I can usually make it all up

I didnt quite feel up to composing a whole new song this time so I took an easy way out! This is based on the song 'What Was I Made For?' by BIllie Eilish. The basic note rhythm of the main theme is very similar, as are tempo and the majority of the note lengths. I have lengthened out the main theme so that it flows through and added a new bridge. I think it works quite well - hope you do!

Comeback

This is the track that 'Comeback' was originally meant to be. I think I got a bit carried away with the instrumentation on 'Comeback'! I wasn't really happy with how that turned out so I reworked the whole song. This is a much simpler arrangement and is much more in line with my original thinking.

I use digital software, guitar and keyboards to produce my music. My music is completely original and I compose and edit using Logic Pro. i'm not exactly a great singer, as you'll see from my vocal tracks, so other people's vocals or collaborative vocals for any track are very welcome. I am very happy to collaborate - as long as it's a balanced collaboration!

I have always loved music. I learnt piano as a child and have dabbled with guitar without ever learning it ... until now! I have been in choirs most of my life but have not really delved into making music until the last few years. After initially playing around with Garage Band, I moved on to Logic Pro and that's how nearly all of my music has been produced. I love the interaction on Soundcloud and the comments from other musicians and composers are so helpful and supportive. Keep making music everyone!
