Philip Pickett-Simpson was born into a musical family, he decided to start rapping going into the 6th grade. Then after years of working, learning to play the bass guitar and getting his lyrics to perfection he recorded his first track in the 9th grade. From that day on he has been proving why he is Hip-Hop's golden child, by doing shows, dropping tracks,putting out his first project "The MC" in 2014, and being named the artist of the week Dec 27- Jan 2 on Apollo Night LA which earned him a feature in Hype Magazine. His most recent accomplishment is releasing his second project entitled "Project: (K)new" which can be downloaded on Datpiff.com.
