I'm now Rehearsing for our LIVE Shows which will start  @ The Hotel Flowerpot on Nov 2 2013. Information will be posted on our 'Official' website's GIG page & here :) Here is The Bio....Singing has been in my blood all my life, as a baby I rocked in my pram to 'I am a Mole & I live in a hole' by The Southlanders a Jamaican / British vocal group. I sang at the Methodist church at the top of our street nearly every Sunday and at junior school I apparently stole the show with my 'Artful Dodger' ! over three nights, two in front of parents and friends at 'Wilberforce Junior High' performing at the end of term show. I had early inspiration from my Dad. I saw my Father sing many times as I grew up, as a compere at the Unity Club and the Buffalo Lodge he belonged to.The Buffalo's are renowned for their charitable works, he also performed as a lead vocalist in a 'Black & White Minstrel' Group. After a few 'Nearly' bands inc 'Nevermore' Moving to London for a few years seemed a good idea ! After moving back to Hull having now a modest studio set up at 'Rainbow Studio's' where I recorded 'In The Beginning' and after establishing Day-One ( Then a Duo ) I then spent a period of about 7 years in bands, R.F.Jones Cheeky" and Rhythm Nation and enjoyed a modicum of success touring. England & Europe. I then Spent ten years on the pub, club and holiday circuit as Day - One After releasing my album 'In The Beginning' selling out the tapes, it was very expensive ! Thank god for CD's ! I then decided ( partly due to my sons health ) to go on the road as a Lighting & Sound technician, Working as a sound technician for Capital Radio for a while. I then worked as a crew leader for a company called Tega, covering Smash Hits tour and Galaxy 105 radio road shows. I Crewed on Orange tours and festivals, the Hull New Theater, City Hall, and Ice Arena as Freelance Lighting & Sound technician, I even ended up building stages ! I had the pleasure to work for many top touring artists inc, Paul Weller,Robbie Williams, Jamiroquai, Jools Holland, Ronan Keating, Oasis, Bon Jovi, Cliff Richard, Status Quo, Elkie Brooks, Texas, Celtus, Elvis Costello and many more..... Between 2004-2006, Intense studying of S S, Steinberg's Nuendo, inc course's & Seminars in London. In the summer of 2006 I built my 7.1 Surround Sound studio. After a serious Life threatening medical condition ( lasting too many years ) sidetracked my life, I am now fully recovered & ready.... Also we will be releasing A New CD Album 'After The Beginning' and The Single EP 'Where We All Came From' later this year. Here are some of my Favorite Bands & influences. My Dad, Queen, MUSE, Coldplay,T Rex, Bowie, Placebo, Linkin Park, Depeche Mode. Pink Floyd, Mike Oldfield, Jean Michelle Jarre, INXS. Love, Peace, Music. :)
