

The EP ”Singalongs” contains 4 compositions for five to eight voices created by Johanna Ackva and Philipp Enders.
Exploring ways to transpose the surrealist writing method Exquisite corpse (cadavre exquis) to music composition, these songs were made by following a protocol of singing along with an existing piece of music first, then layering and arranging the thereby created voices.

The SINGALONG protocol is one part of Johanna and Philipp's research project "Zweitlandschaften", a project situated between amateur song and choreography.
