Philippe Pascal Garnier, résidants dans l'état de New York depuis 1981, et maintenant de retour en France, a été initié aux cérémonies sacrées et pratiques spirituelles dans une variété de traditions amérindiennes et natives Américaines (a vécu une année dans une communauté Kiowa Apache au Nouveau Mexique). Les connaissances de Philippe sont aussi fortement  basées par les 15 années d'enseignements avec le Doctor John Beaulieu, N.D., un maître et chercheur avancé dans beaucoup d'aspects de guérison par le son, ainsi que par les enseignements et transmissions du grand Maitre Gong Don Conreaux et Tito La Rosa. Philippe est l'organisateur et le directeur de Menla Sound Healing Retreat, une des plus importantes retraites annuelles sur les fréquences thérapeutiques aux États-Unis. Il partage aussi son expertise avec le public par l'organisation qu'il a co-fondée et dirige à New York:   Sage Centre de soins énergétiques, Woodstock, New York.
