The song is based off an iPhone Memo I had made months ago, 98% of the lyrics are original to the freestyle I did that day. Sometimes I feel the most honest lyrics are the ones we don't try to write, they come to us. 

This song is about needing to love yourself because when it really comes down to it, you're alone. Maybe this is something I've just experienced, but it is a valid experience to share that many people don't talk about and maybe some may relate to and find comfort in.
