Philly - the young MC from Mildura, is quickly becoming one of the country’s hottest new hip hop acts.  He is the winner of the 2015 National Indigenous Music Awards 'New Talent of the Year' category, he performed a breathtaking rendition of Bob Marley's Three Little Bird for triple j's Like a Version, and he released his first E.P - Dreamchaser. He recently also signed with Briggs’ new all Indigenous record label – Bad Apples Music.  This young MC is determined to continue to use his voice to make change and inspire young people.
