RESPECT is a very important virtue to have everywhere. Often people have respect for each other in real life but once they are online, even with their real names attached, they forget their civilities and disrespect and challenge people. This can cost them friendships, business and most of all referrals if they are a business.

Remember to respect people for their beliefs. I'm not saying don't voice yours and talk to them about theirs, but be respectful.
