2011 has been an awesome start for Dutch artist Philip Smit. After traveling the planet, he has got inspired by a range of different styles of music.

He has already received great feedbacks, producing remixes and collaborations with different artists.

He got in touch with electronic music at a local radiostation back in 1994, where he started to spin acidhouse and underground techno.

A lot of people liked his style that resulted in regular gigs at various big party‘s with international dj‘s.

Since 1998 he concentrated on producing music under the name of „Guinesh“. Soon two of his Acidhouse tracks where No.1 in the Acidcharts on mp3.com. As a result of this occasion, his track „Fairytales“ has been released and played on the BBC Radio.

In 2003 he has got in touch with deep- and funky fresh house music while djing in Spain and Andorra.

A few years later he made a restart as a producer after developing and refressing his music skills.

He skills contain now more originality, passion and individuality. That opens the door for a wider range of music being produced by this great artist.
