The mighty Forbidden Society returns from the Czech heartlands ahead of his Let It Roll 2017 stage takeover this coming summer with possibly his strongest work to date. The ‘Destruction Funk EP’ hits hard from the off and never lets go, drawing from FS’s years of experience in the scene with touches of old school amongst the tech, this is one for dance floors across the land this year.

“I have been working on this new EP for the past 6 or 7 months. It’s taken a while as I’ve not been forcing myself, instead I’ve only been setting foot in the studio when I’ve felt some real inspiration. I think this way we get the best results in the music and it’s also a lot more fun. I spend a lot of time editing, pushing my boundaries further and I’ve struck a nice balance of neuro and dark & hard D&B that should work with a lot of audiences.More to come out later this year, next EP is almost ready so be prepared!”

With their scalp releases on labels like Red Light, Impact Music and their own Shell Shock, they are surely being recognized by the whole scene. Their first track "Skeleton" brings us classic east-block neurofunk banger. Second track with a name "Kill Human" makes you appreciate their sound design techniques and unique style of drum and bass. Both tracks shows us how well this duo and whole russian scene works.
