John aka the phoenix began composing in '94, with tracker programs on PC, such as fasttracker, with only 4 channels, next with scream tracker 3, and next with fast tracker II. And then, around 2001, began composing with pro sequencers, and with Vst's. Electronic music fan since his young years, around '88, age 8, listening to some electronic beats, such as acid house, and some house, and also some pop, on the radio. Later, making some mixtapes, recording electronic music from the radio, and as said, when the trackers came out on PC, began making his first tracks. A music fan, enjoys electronica, from ambient, and chill out, to 80s electro, house, progressive, trance, and techno. John has released some tracks on vinyl, cd, and digital, with different labels, and has had support from several world wide known dj's. John makes a mix of oldschool with newschool, ranging from acid, to house, to trance, to techno, giving it his own personal touch, always trying to create something nice to hear and dance to, while trying to keep it original.
