This is a remix I worked on about a couple of years ago but I shelved it all that time because I didn't like the sound of it and I gave up. I looked through some of my WIP songs today and thought this would be the one to continue working on because it was already almost done, it just sounded... off. I spent half of the day working on it and correcting some of the issues so NOW I think it's done. So happy this finally saw the light of day after being in darkness for so long.

Sonic 2 - Aquatic Ruin Zone (Rain Dance Remix)

I had a lot of fun making this cover and it's an experiment to see how closely I can compare to the original. It's pretty close with some minor differences and I intentionally kept out the final bit of the song to give it more of an abrupt ending. It works well with the sample I used at the end of the song too. Enjoy!

Chrono Trigger - "To Far Away Times" (Cover)

It's been a while since my last upload even though I said months ago that I'd be more consistent. Oops. Anyway, hi! I'm still alive. This cover from EarthBound took me about two weeks to make. I'm not 100% satisfied with the drums in certain sections but it's the best I could do. Hope you enjoy this song. Bonus points if you can guess where the horrible voice acting in the beginning is from.

EarthBound - "Pokey Means Business" (Cover)

Spiritfarer is my favorite indie game and it's about time I cover this tearjerker of a song. If you haven't played the game then... PLAY IT! Seriously, it'll change your life. Do it. Stop funking around.

Oh, and this song has version 1.0 in the title because I plan to add one or two more sounds to flesh out the song more. I do like how it is already but I love this song so much that I want to do more with it, just not now though.

It's been a while! My newest remix is a crossover between the main theme of Legend of Zelda and the Sinistral boss theme from Lufia 2. This was quite the challenge but I found they really worked together.

I'm finally making cover songs from video games again! I've decided to focus on just two instruments from here on out - the harpsichord and the piano. This is for three reasons:

1.) I'm going for a more classical approach.

2.) The harpsichord is my favorite instrument and it'll be used for the main melodies. The piano will be for the rhythm and backing parts.

3.) It'll be quite the challenge to cover video game songs that originally have many instruments.

Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time - Song of Storms (Classical Cover)

My first song cover of 2019! This is also my first song I've put up in a couple of months because I've been dealing with so much anxiety and depression lately, more so than usual. I just finished streaming Celeste yesterday (Jan. 14) and the game itself deals with really heavy themes of anxiety and depression which helped break me on stream. This song is beautiful, and just like the title name, you have to breathe in and exhale even during the toughest times. This cover is for all of those who are also going through a rough time. Just breathe, you'll get through this.

Celeste - "Exhale" (Classical cover)

Ah, Earthbound. The game is dark, weird, mysterious, but most of all... beautiful. This original song is very nostalgic for me and I listen to the melody often enough that I wonder why I didn't cover it sooner. Spent a good 2 to 3 hours doing it. Enjoy!

Earthbound - "The Sound Stones" (Instrumental cover)

It's been a couple of months since my last cover and I made probably 80% of this song before I went on my hiatus. I never intended to finish it but I'm glad I did. It's another experimental approach with the electronic genre. I've been a huge fan of the original song for many years and I love Dragon Ball Z. Hope you enjoy this! I spent a lot of time the last few days making this cover and I'm pretty proud of the end result. "Dr. Wily Stage 1" - Mega Man 2(Electronic cover)

This track took me about two weeks to cover. I studied the original song hard and wanted to cover it because Lena Raine is an amazing composer and this is my way of trying to overcome my anxiety and depression. I mean, the original is amazing and my cover doesn't do it justice, but I at least I wanted to try my hand at it. My cover is a bit shorter because I did a bit of arranging and I didn't include any drums. I MIGHT add them in a future version though, I just wanted to create more of an orchestral cover without the use of drums. Anyway, I've babbled on long enough. Hope you enjoy this! Mega Man 3 - "Protoman's Theme" (Classical/Chiptune cover)

Here's another track I've been working on during the last couple of weeks. This is what happens when I get bored! Hahaha! Anyway, hope you enjoy this. I love classical music and chiptunes so I meshed them together to produce this cover. Huge, huge fan of the original masterpiece. If you think about it, this sounds like it could be used as different stages of a boss song.

This will be my last cover for a while as I've resumed streaming and I'll be moving soon. I'll try and have another one out next month.

Went through some depression and anxiety while making this cover. It was created with sadness and despair but also... love. Enjoy.

Chrono Cross - "Star-Stealing Girl" (Orchestral cover)

This is my cover of the opening theme for "My Roommate Is a Cat", one of my new favorite anime. Everything about the anime is incredible and I feel like the show is underrated, I mean... I don't really hear anyone talk about it. The relationship between Subaru and Haru (the cat) makes me happy, content, and SUPER emotional. I've watched the anime three times in about two months and I wish it was longer than 12 episodes but it ends on a very good note. I was on the edge of my seat in the final episode, worrying that something bad might happen. I won't spoil it though. Anyway, I didn't mean for this to be a short review of the anime itself, I just love it so much. The opening theme is highly addicting and CUTE so I just had to cover it with my own style. This is basically my way of saying WATCH THE ANIME, YOU WON'T REGRET IT!

My Roommate Is a Cat - "Unknown World" (Harpsichord cover)

I've been getting into the Double Dragon series again recently after not playing them for a LONG time. I grew up with these games and Super Double Dragon for the SNES is still my favorite beat 'em up game. I've even watched the silly movie again! 

The original song is my favorite of all the Double Dragon games so it was just asking for a cover made by moi. Hope you enjoy!

I'm back with a new cover, only this time I'm using 8-bit synths that I haven't used in a while. I started playing this game with a friend recently and... oh boy, it's fun, challenging, and addicting. The original song of this is extremely catchy and addicting itself and I find myself humming this tune whenever I hear it, which is a lot. I knew I would end up covering this. I thought about doing a piano cover at first, then I decided to play around with 8-bit sounds and do a retro cover. Anyway, I'm satisfied with this piece and I hope you enjoy it.
