Inspired from the sounds of Ibiza, this one's warehouse-ready for those eight-hour winter raves. I can already see the likes of Franky Rizardo and Marco Carola selecting this from their USB. A progressive track incorporating minimal, acid and latin sounds, paired together with a piercing vocal; this is one I am very excited to share with you all.

With a new look and a new concept, we will be releasing podcasts every month with round table discussions with club owners, events and festival mangers, collectives, record labels and record stores runners. 

This week we invite Joseph Worley and Jack Lear who have pioneered one of the most exciting small festivals founded in the last few years. Westival is situated in Pembrokeshire countryside, West Wales and just 5 minutes from the beach and offers ravers one of the most unique festival experiences in the UK. They pride themselves on creating a friendly and warm vibe, not only with the artists they book but the location, as they are the only festival in the UK to be situated on National Trust Park. 

We sat down with Joseph and Jack to discuss the creation and evolution of Westival, the planning that is required when starting a festival, the competition with larger festivals and their experiences.
