i could listen to this all day. i think WILL listen to it all day. i'll certainly take it to the gym. i'll no doubt listen to it while falling asleep. hopefully it'll still be going in the morning. it reminds me of the olympic diving because it makes me feel like i'm beautifully falling. i love falling. i once made a tape called textures for skydiving. i reckon i could skydive to this. i am skydiving to this. ta mr backdrop.

Throughout the years, Detroit-born Berlin-based groove operator and Tresor / Globus resident Eric Cloutier has been honing and refining his palette as both a producer and a DJ. Not one to engage in dogmatic restraint, Cloutier keeps developing his vision through carefully curated selections and an equally impeccable mixing technique. Boasting the variety and precision of his releases for his own imprint Palinoia, the present mix was recorded live at The Chinese Laundry in Sydney last year. Playing the main room open-to-close, Cloutier put together this mix as an evolving story and, much like the crowd of that night which proved highly receptive to the narrative, we hope this one will resonate with you. A most exquisitely complex and deep-diving plunge into Cloutier’s shape-shifting headspace, alternating heavyweight punch and dubbed-out minimalism with swashes of textured membranes and faux-organic, modular-like intricacies, this mix is as elusively impossible to pigeonhole as it proves sophisticated in its design.

Hydrangea is a French producer creating techno deeply inspired by nature and her surroundings. She began making music in early 2014, drawing her main influences from deep and hypnotic Italian techno.

Since her beginnings, Hydrangea has managed to make her sonic universe resonate far beyond the French borders, performing all around the world. She has played in iconic venues and at renowned events such as Fuse in Brussels alongside Jeff Mills and Ness, La Nature Festival 2024 in Belgium, Outrebleu in Paris, as well as About Blank and Tresor in Berlin.

Her journey has taken her to New York, Los Angeles, Boston, Kyiv, Prague, Budapest, Beijing, Leeds, and even to Australia, with performances in Sydney and Melbourne, to name just a few.

Since then, he’s been quietly building a strong body of work, with releases on labels like Phonons, On Board Music, Oslated, and Goldmin.

His sound sits in that sweet spot between deep listening and forward motion, dubby, atmospheric, and full of nuance. This new mix feels like a continuation of that world: textured and immersive, like stumbling on forgotten machines deep in the forest, still pulsing with signal.

Fresh off the release of his outstanding album ‘Berlin’ we welcome Felix K - a true purveyor of sophisticated, deep electronic music. His work explores the fringes of techno, jungle, dub, and ambient, building immersive sound worlds that defy easy categorization. Known for his meticulous approach to production and his ability to weave complex narratives through sound, Felix K has carved out a unique space for himself in the global underground scene.

For this marathon journey, Felix K delivers a masterclass in patience and precision, guiding listeners through a three-hour odyssey that is as introspective as it is rhythmically compelling. The mix is a testament to his expansive musical knowledge and his ability to connect seemingly disparate genres into a cohesive, flowing narrative.

In his own words: "The mix was recorded in my studio in Berlin. Beginning with slower Dub Techno, it slips into the early, minimalist 85/170 Drum-and-Bass era, showcasing plenty of those formative highlights before closing with authentic Amen Breaks combining with a sound design that actually anticipates the vibe of some of today’s darker techno productions."

Ramadanman and Simbad turn in two tripping tribal remixes of tracks from Sonarpilot's 'Mothership' collection. The original tracks encompass electro-house and extended minimal sagas but it's the remixes that really deserve your attention. Ramadanman's 'Voodoo Logic' remix shreds a sparse and broken post-dubstep rhythm under glassy, melancholic synthworks while Simbad gives an excellent deep tribalist mix with tucked polyrhythm percussion and floating pads arranged with a masterfully jazz touch. Fans of Karizma, Floating Points or Kyle Hall should really check this!!

And basically the Simbad Dub wasnt on da 12'' so we decided to give it away :-)
