ABSIS -now (@absismusic) and MouseDown -before, also known as Salva Coromina, has been a regular DJ in the Barcelona scene since the late 90’s under a different alias: mouseDown/mouseUp. He was a resident DJ at The Loft and a regular at Sónar, both in Barcelona, for many years. ABSIS has always been exploring the deepest side of electronic music which varies between ambient and techno. Next to DJ’ing he is also a producer and you are able to find some of his productions on Hivern Discs, Oslated and many more.

Paral·lel Festival is characterized by a curated musical selection that is largely based on uniqueness and promoting differentiated musical paradigms. Trying to move away from massification, we created an intimate event with a limited capacity.

ABSIS is Salva Coromina, a regular DJ on the Barcelona scene since the late
90s under the alias MouseDown/MouseUp, he was a resident DJ at The Loft
(Razzmatazz) and a regular at Sonar for many years, he has always been
exploring the deepest side of electronic music moving from ambient to
techno. Currently ABSIS runs its monthly residency at the Laut club in
Barcelona under the name Midline, where it has invited DJs such as Vand,
Daniel(i), Unjin, Doctrina Natura, Mod1, John Plaza, Guillam, Fon... it is
also a resident of the festival MOSTRA in Barcelona and its productions are
published on labels such as Hivern Discs and Oslated among others.

Cobahn stole our hearts at an Astral Industries night here in the Big Smoke - a journey that stood out as one of our favourites of recent times - and we’ve been in love ever since. Her ability to weave together magical sonic stories is really something special, each journey pulsating with Cobahn's unique spirit and reflecting her soulful devotion to the exploration of deep and experimental sounds.

In her mix for On the 5th day, Cobahn's track selection is seductive from beginning to end, a mesmerising journey uniting each and every listener as one as we succumb to the journey.

#100 Claudio PRC - Blue Dream

We are starting 2024, with Our Recordings, a new mixes series curated by On Board Music, inviting our friends, affiliate artists and latest discoveries on the dancefloor. For this very first episode, we are hosting a recording from Barcelona-based and On Board affiliate producer, Mostra resident DJ, ABSIS. 
His DJ Sets are pure master classes, with a very flawless way of mixing records, impeccable transitions and selections!
This session was recorded at Human in Barcelona last September for our 9 years anniversary, ABSIS was opening the night, slowly building the perfect ton right before Polygonia live set.

Phonons is a non-profit organization supporting electronic musicians and selectors. It is based in Marseille - France and has strong connections in Europe , Asia and in the USA. It was founded in 2011 at the initiative of Nahim Bendjilali, Philippe Gray-Lopez and Vincent Telandro.

Phonons supports sound artists by providing expression spaces: we organize parties and showcases :: we promote the artists' work through our podcast and events. We mainly focus on electronic music.
