Nila Nay began her journey with electronic music in 2009, born and raised in Mexico City - the mecca of electronic music - where she was living a key moment of the scene strongly influenced by the ClubUnderground scene and experimented with the House and Techno genres.

Her career as a DJ is associated with presentations in activations of brands such as Apple, Samsung, LG. Later she immerses himself in the industry and prepares herself by studying a degree in Music Business and Record Industries. And that's when she starts to play actively in Mexico City, having the opportunity to open stage and share with great artists such as D-Nox and Beckers Guy J, the Mexican icon Rebolledo and the great Hernan Cattaneo; who were great influence to develop her sound in the mix of her sets and also strong inspiration for the creation of her first live "TANN" that took her to Selina, Frida Mezcaleria, Terraza Regina.

Nila Nay was born with the motivation to evolve ideas in mind, and the intention to create connections through her own creations within the genres Melodic House, Afro House, Organic House and Deep House. This revolution of ideas has led her to travel different planes and places for her evolution as an artist and as a human being moving her art and music to new scenarios; that is why she has created her own label Phonopi Music.
