I have had this for awhile and didn't know how to finish it. I added the ending keys in one take. If I did it 50 times, it wouldn't have been any better or worse. Fun to do.

Funking Duck: 1984 left behind

Zut: apart from the French mild expletive (Heck!)...I recently discovered the fictional game 'Zut' as described in an Amor Towles novel 'A Gentleman in Moscow'. This has two characters competing by describing variations of an agreed theme until one runs out of ideas. 
I had a similar feeling when producing this track (as I often do) - I loved the main riff but wanted to make variations in harmony and accompaniment. Eventually I had to give up (zut!).. but happily settled on those presented.
