Behind the moniker LVRIN hides a Russian producer named Jenya Lavrinov. He lives in a small town called Bryansk, has a delay and a pitch shifter among his friends and loves to horse around with them.This young man began to destroy his neighbours' ears when he was 19. At first with Ableton Live and just a couple of old synths, then with a hardware sequencer and a full range of other gear which was able to produce noises. Since Jenya got the ability to control the sound in real time with his own hands and heart, these noises had been merging into a dark, minor, reflective electronic post-punk and industrial records, facilely and naturally.After his magnificent debut on Pinkman’s “Broken Dreams” released earlier this year, he's preparing something new for the next one. In Jenya's plans for the near future there is a 12" on Lux Rec.'s sublabel MRT under his alias A Bleak Reality. Work on several other LVRIN's records is in progress as well.
