On the 2.2.2022, the last out of ten portaldays in a row, I selected some tracks for my new set. And then I drove to this inspiring musician Nima. I got to know him almost a year ago here in Ibiza at the studio house. He made every kind of music there and I was flashed by his vibe and his lyrics, and so much more. A few days ago I attended an ecstatic dance held by my gypsy-corner-driver-brother Dr. Seele, who invited Nima to join him with his effect panel. They did this one time before in summer. As usual nobody practises anything, or do some rehearsals. Plug and play. 
And so I asked Nima if he wants to give us a try as well with his effect panel and his improvised lyrics that always go right into my heart. I relate to every word and understand and feel what he says. I came there, we set up and started. Plug and play - I can’t wait until we do it again.

What is shamanic Tantra techno

When we hear tantra, the first thing in our mind is sex. It happened to me that I was invited to play at a tantra retreat for 4 days and there I learned, that it is not about sex. It is about creating a safe space for all of us. Where we can be, who we are and express ourselves. All kinds of feelings and emotions and everything is accepted and welcome!

Shamanic Tantra Techno now is just about that. We gather and express ourselves to music. Like in an ecstatic dance it is just about the music and during the time the music is playing we don’t talk. It is like a meditation, while dancing your as off. 

If presented live there is an opening ceremony where everybody can put his intentions into this dance and a Breath-work before we start a two hour music journey, that will take you literally everywhere. No rules, every kind of music and every kind of movement will be welcome - sometimes fast and loud, and sometimes slow and low. It will be a journey through all possible emotions.

Phoïbos - Sunburn

A very special gathering, and a return to my old love, psychedelic progressive trance, for a special almost 3 hours long set. 
Some real almost full-onish vibes at the beginning, morphing slowly into more techno grooves and slippery basslines, at a slower pace.
I dedicate this set to my son Gabriel whith whom I had a very meaningful time while playing, reconnecting with him deeper as ever since his childhood.

A semi-short vinyl adventure into oldskool spacey ambient techno, mostly build around releases by Re:discovery Records plus some more recent music.

Space Ambient Techno

Dubmission presents MARK CHURCHER. Amongst other projects, Mark Churcher is one half of mid 90s electronic Dub band V-Neck. They are considered, by some, to be a notable link between dub, ambient and techno before sub genres like dub techno and dubstep became fully established. As well as gaining fans like Aphex Twin, they have been on complication albums alongside the likes of Adrian Sherwood, The Mad Professor, Luke Vibert and Muslimgauze. In recent years Mark has resurrected the Emote label to re-issue V-Neck and release lost recordings as well as new material. He also runs a vintage sounding acid label called Chicago Bee and makes acid under the name A-Eno-Acid.
