Inhuman Strength

This is my entry in the chiptune compo at Gerp Party 2022. I got 2nd place with this one. Its also used in the 40kb intro called "Ramontic Getaway" by Desire. Released at the same party. We placed 1st with that intro.

Overjoyed By Groove

This is the very, very first country song I've written... and oddly, I got two more in my FAWM 2023 haul. I guess that's what happens when you move to a place called "Ocean Farm". Anyway, as mentioned, this is from FAWM 2023.

I have no idea why I wrote a country song, but I just had this going around in my head, and had to write it down. But hey, with drinks and a truck, what other genre is even possible? The big question was banjo lessons? Or maybe a slide!

I got the answer... Peddle Steel, Acoustic, AND Fiddle, all worked out in the computer (shhh... don't tell).

I Just Had Three (demo)

My very first song, mixed on a portastudio in 1993 :P Made with a Juno-106, a JX-3P, Microverb I and an Amiga as sequencer, sampler and drum machine. 

Song idea (title/lyrics) is that of an oscillating Universe, a perpetual cycle of Big Bangs followed by Big Crunches, like a heartbeat.

(Edit: This made it into a 90s Bedroom Studio collection a few years ago, wish I'd remember the name so I could plug it sorry!)

Here's my silly cover of the title track from Dario Argento's classic Giallo film Profondo Rosso (aka Deep Red) originally created by the band Goblin. 

I did this on Saturday in 3hrs on headphones, excuse any bum notes + the various liberties I took with the song structure :D hah

After hearing the sad news about DDT/Accession passing away I was feeling really quite pants and ended up listning to this classic parsons track a few times, which led to me deciding to do a little amiga chip style mod cover of it to take my mind off it all today... since it's probably the best album intro tune ever made it seemed apt.
