Pineapple Digital, turned 2 years old last month and our Melodic Progressions radio show had it's commemorative 100th episode as well and now we celebrate another milestone with our special 
100th compilation which will be released as Parts 1 & 2 with a total of 24 tracks.

The first part includes 12 tracks from PD regulars, 06R, Alfoa, Areea, Blood Groove & Kikis with Ai Takekawa, Cullen, Dunkan, FFERD TOBING, and Lesh. We also introduce and welcome newcomers to the family, Dmitry Aeolus, Jay Hubbard, Kesuke Hara, and Tomohiko Togashi & Takahiro Eguchi.

Part 1 starts off with 06R doing a rework of his cult hit Orientification, which he calls '(Black Version)', which we would say it's very tasty with it's progressive techno vibes, infused with exotic Japanese melodies and vocal chops, next is Alfoa with his darker themed composition,'Liquor, Areea rounds of the first quarter with this scorching progressive trance track, 'Campanas'.

In this 2nd quarter, we go into deeper melodic bliss with the Latvian duo of Blood Groove and Kikis in collaboration with Japanese singer, composer and songwriter Ai Takekawa, and their masterpiece, 'She' which is sung in both Japanese and English, we break it up with Cullen's progressive breaks creation, 'Digital Emotions', and we drop this epic club oriented masterpiece from Dmitry Aeolus, 'Rush'.

Dunkan sets the mood in this 3rd quarter with his symphonic creation,'Ticket Back', next up is this uplifting and angelic like musical production, 'Never Be The Same' from  Indonesian electronic music producer FFERD TOBING, we pick the pace up with this is a pulsating harmonic piece, 'From Within', 
from UK producer, Jay Hubbard. 

The final quarter will stimulate your aural senses with Kesuke Hara's mellifluent jewel, 'Kinugasa', this tracks flows with lush beautiful chords and exotic Junanagen plucks, very 'Kawaii' like in nature which means lovable, cute or adorable in Japanese, then we bring you this classic progressive styled master work, 'Vicious Circles' from PD resident, Lesh, and finally the last track in this compilation, winds down with this 80's Italo Disco inspired melodious original,'Sheers', which is a collaborative effort from 2 rising Japanese electronic music producers, Tomohiko Togashi and Takahiro Eguchi.

Our long time friend and outstanding producer from Hungary Krisztian Kajdi returns to us once more, this time on original duty, as his brilliant production called “Pandora” goes out through his Kay-D moniker through PHW Elements. This is a track, well written as always from the humble Hungarian native. A crisp atmosphere is built up through his trademark mystic tweaks of pads. An addition to that is his dark grooves and clever percussion loops that together with his melodic arrangements drives is the right direction of what deep progressive music is all about, tension, harmonies and soothing grooves.

On remix duty, we welcome two label favorite acts as we see a superb debut on the label, as we first see Argentine native Diego Azocar join us for the first time. From his home in Bariloche close to the Andes, he takes on a thrilling journey that we so often see from this spectacular producer. He’s built some truly amazing textures, wonderful deep grooves that takes us on that hypnotic musical journey that we so often seek for. This is another amazing production from one of the finest names in the business. 

We are as thrilled as on the other productions when we also welcome the fantastic act from Argentina, Some Little Things to the label for another sensational rework on PHW Elements. With an epic journey built, with rough and dirty beats and grooves, we can’t say less than that they are back and that they are back pulling the trigger in full flare. It’s another gem from the guys, and we are so happy to see them come back with this phenomenal track to complete another massive package on the label. 

It is time to pick and choose what you need for your ears and souls!

Little is (publicly) known about Miami-based SLUGGERS but in almost no time they have landed support from industry top dogs Skrillex, Boys Noize, A-Trak & Diplo. 

This has lead to SLUGGERS appearances at some of the worlds top festival stages including TomorrowWorld, Ultra Music Festival & EDC Las Vegas. 

After landing a track in Skrillex’s BBC 1 Essential Mix, the Slugs were tapped for an EP on OWSLA’s Nest and an official remix of Diplo’s single, ‘Revolution’ on Mad Decent, their HYPR/COURTESY EP released on Fool's Gold Clubhouse, and Voyager EP on Main Course Records. 

But you can only be in the little league for so long right (just kidding Diplo and Skrill and co). 

But - we might have hung out with these mysterious peeps in Miami this year - their hometown no less - and the fruits of those hangs are this very EP.
