Tone Abstract returns to Toast & Jam and unloads a funky, gritty breakbeat jam entitled I'm Flowin'. The bass line is comprised of a kick with a heap of sub-bass underneath, giving the feel of an 808 kick drum. There are plenty of vocal elements along the way, including pitched down hip-hop verses, female chorus loops, and the occasional dash of other vocal snippets. The percussion is syncopated and helps tie this jam together and keep things rolling along nicely.

Kid Kenobi is up first and kicks things off with a new arpeggiated synth in the intro. A steady buzzing bass line is echoed by a huge synth chord, giving us some serious late 90's DJ Volume vibes. Mizzo dials up his finest 808 drums and bass for an electro-breaks experience. Utilizing a previously unused part of the vocal sample, Mizzo's remix is a sparkling slice of electro ear candy.
