The break

When me and my friend P cured ourselfs on Sundays after a long weekends parties did we have a long jamsession. We made random patterns in our Atari ST program (Hybrid arts). P did mix them in and I jammed along with improvised melodies. One time we decided to start our DAT tape recorder and recorded the jamsession. We named it Spacemaze. We used this concept when we played on the new ambient club Anemon in Stockholm all of our work like that was namned Spacemaze.

I got in hibernation but have recently started to make music again ...It has taken sometime to get used to the new stuff compared to back then. But slowly learning everything.

This is the first part of Spacemaze Apollo I the 2nd part will be made by P aka Pax https://on.soundcloud.com/MH3f3HvSY5wZ4B3L8 .

Once we have enough material to make Spacemace Apollo I complete will we release it under our original Artist name and post the final result on Sound Cloud. This is our sound when we where in our prime together.

I woke up in the middle of the night the same day I was going to Crete. I made some stuff in a work pattern as I usually do when I create music. I bursted it and layed it out a little random and went to Crete. I listen to it a lot and got this what I call random plonk (random melody , arp) that starts at 2:43 in my head. This is the pulsing stars (Cepheids) pumping ... hopefully will you enjoy it as I do.

I have been wanting to make a track that express my deep and lovingly feelings to my wife. I had this melody in my head but when I sat down and started making the song and laying the chords on the piano didn't it feel right  to make it like all other sentimental stuff. My wife makes me happy and I am lucky to have her as my life companion. She is my rock and keeps me going thru life.

I have to apologize. When I make music, I only have a pair of headphones to listen to. They are very good but great for the wrong purpose, they are a pair of gaming headphones and make everything sound great. When I first heard the song on a pair of real speakers (in the car) it sounded like crap, was extremly upset with my performance. So I had to make a hot fix and remaster everything. Know what my next new investment will be =D

At my stay in Crete for a week the Cicades where "singing" this sound thats in the begining and end of the track constantly during all daylight. The sound did bounce around so much that it created such a big noice it was unbarable at times. Thank god for noice canceling head phones =D. I recorded the sound and was determined to create something with it. It became the foundation of this track. Let us get Hypnotised of the Cicadas together =D

I've been low these past days. I made a remake of my all time favorit dance track (hints given in this track) but Soundcloud is blocking it from getting live. It was rebuilt brick by brick and I had friends helping me out on the male rap and female vocals. I'm working on this by contacting the owners for their permission. So this track was made to channel my low feelings I'm having at the time.

Had a low moment today, sat down played some random stuff that was good and I could have built a track of it however, it made me even lower in state. Suddenly I just layed this chord-line instead and got this melody in my head. It took me fast to a differant state.

I woke up 3 am and couldn't sleep. after turning around hundred times in bed did I go up and started messing with my DAW. I had just added a straight kick and the bass-line when my son needed me to pick up some stranded friends in the middle of nowhere small place called Botsmark here in Västerbotten. 1 hour drive one way. So it was only for me to get in the car and drive =D.

Bad weather

I had to do total new reboot of my computer...I had angst in many days before I finally did it. Took me along time after everything was reinstalled to gett back all my VST plugins and Synths I had gathered.

Now is everything back in order and I can still open my old work.

The path thru darkness

Old school Synth lover in all shapes and forms. I'm a pure hobby musician that have a regular job wich needs a lot of brain activity. Making music for me is a pure ventilation of all ping pong balls bouncing around in my head that needs out.
