There is quite a particular and true story as to the origin of this track from a few years ago. 

The music comes from a very euphoric dream, in which I was stood right in front of a large loudspeaker in a dark nightclub. This music was playing from the speaker, and I was stood listening to it and very much enjoying it.

I woke up during the dream, buzzing with excitement, and jumped straight onto the computer to record as much as I could before I forgot it. It seemed like I managed to get about ten or twenty percent of it recorded before the rest drifted away!

The Mashed Swedes return to Foundry Woods for Swedes In The Trees 2024.

A live synth jam session inspired by the woodland nature surrounding us.

The session was recorded live into a multitrack, this is an edit of a short section.

This is somewhat of a work in progress, will need to upgrade the hats next with something gated and less harsh.

Bob Sinclar ft. Dawn Tallman - Feel The Vibe (Piano Addictz Remix V.1)

Retro samples from back in the day complete the nostalgic feel for this track with a heavy kick and baseline combo driving the main groove. A cheeky mashup made just for the fun of it!

Piano Addictz - Warehouse Garage

Two inspirations arrived at the same time which resulted in this trance track. The fantastic Chameleon Café in Nottingham with its' awesomely inspirational energising Electronic Music Open Mic EMOM nights, an in-your-face raw live show of electronic music performance, providing creative energy by the bucket load. The second, more technical inspiration came from Giuseppe Ottaviani with his excellent trance music production videos, in which he breaks down his production process in the studio. Highly recommended! Using his example I have assembled a new drum kit, created sounds in software and analogue synths, and written an original melody and chord progression.

In this remix KC has re-engineered the track stripping it back to a darker feel with the thundering powerful bass stabs punctuated by a loud and biting drum track.
