Hydrolikz arrives at Breeze for one of his final releases under his current alias, generating a three track EP which transmits the power of a freight train. We open the release with Acid, a tune reminiscent of T>I, embodying funky percussion and a deep driving drum-beat. Our personal favourite, Confused, then slaps you for six out of nowhere. Starting with a melodic vocal chop, it makes way for a weighty sub and catchy, bubbly top-line synth that will be in your head all day. Horrible Things closes out the EP, with chunky white noise judders that show clear inspiration from Hydrolikz's previous jump-up releases, as he steps in a new direction.
