The Architects of the Good Groove have again delved deep to find untapped disco gold material and update it for club systems and basement parties alike.
With infectious tracks plucked from obscurity, full of original touches as long extended mixes instead of the usual dull radio edits 

The four-to-the-floor pulse is imbued with a suggestive bit of shuffle and swing, with accents on the two and four. 
The grooves are more restrained than techno’s, leaning back rather than barreling forward; rich in harmony and atmosphere, buoyant as a jellyfish, bursting with lush textures and phosphorescent tones. 

The music here is highly reflexive; it allegorizes and extends the aesthetic of sampling, 
where the remixed version challenges the aura of the original and claims autonomy even when it carries the name of the original; 
material is added or deleted, but the original tracks are largely left intact to be recognizable.

'The Daydream Disco Mix Series' aims to bring you the best nudisco, soul, funk and house vibes to kick start your week. Each mix is made up of 10 of our favourites tracks at the moment. This week we bring you Clint H!

Hailing from East London, Clint H aka Clint Hards love for music and the DJ scene has been constant and unbroken since an early age. 

He fell in love with the DJ/nightlife scene when he first visited the famous white isle (Ibiza) As soon as he got back he decided to buy a pair of technics 1210's and spent the following years building up a collection of music and knowledge of various genres.

Clint has played in a number of venues in London in his surrounding areas and is currently a resident with the Alchemist bar chain. He is also currently playing at the world famous Sushi Samba, Heron Tower in Bishopgate where he has spent the last year as resident for one of the disco scenes most influential people Moodena, and his monthly Moodena Presents event.

He has been lucky to share the DJ booth with some of the scenes big hitters such as CJ Mackintosh, Dave Lee, Young Pulse, Birdee, Javi Frias and the late, great Mighty Mouse.

Clint's musical style is based on a blend of Disco, Nu Disco, Soul Funk Disco and Soulful House.

Clint also has his weekly Beats @ Brunch radio show on one of London's leading dance music stations Shine 879.

His guest mix delivers a mixture of fine vocals, full on funk and uplifting disco heat!

This is definitely one for all you disco heads out there!!
