Was kak excited to do this mix as it has been on my mind for ages now. 
Mense must know this unique genre of music from South Africa!
Kwaito is a style of dance music that emerged out of Johannesburg during the 90s. The tempo is slow and is influenced by US House music with African vocals and raps over the top.
Most of the Kwaito was released on CD and casette only and the platte (this mix is recorded from vinyl only) are poese hard to come by coz they were only released as a promo tool for DJs by the record labels.
This is the sound of 90s South Africa.
