Pierre Pradat (born December 31, 1981 in Nancy, France) is a French jazz pianist, keyboardist, bandleader, composer and actor.

He is highly influenced by the music of Bill Evans, Herbie Hancock, Keith Jarrett, Kenny Barron, Miles Davis, Wayne Shorter among others.
His music covers a large range of styles with creativity and personality : 

Straight-ahead Jazz, Avant-garde, Funk, R&B, Blues, Soul, Reggae, Hip-Hop, Electronica, Pop, Rock, Contemporary Classical, Latin...
 

His musical education began since age of 6 with classical piano studies at his hometown National Conservatory.
He started to study Jazz since age of 13. 
At 17, after high school, he graduated from Music Academy International, one of the top contemporary music institute in Europe,
He was especially mentored by acclaimed teachers Pierre-Alain Goualch (Piano) and Jean Bisello (Funk Bass). 
Still in teenage, he started to teach at this same school, respected especially for his skills in Computer Music. 
He started playing intensively in his hometown, touring in France and North Africa with various bands of Jazz, Funk and Reggae.
Since 2006, he settled in China after being invited to become a teacher at Beijing Contemporary Music Academy. 

Now in his early thirties, Pierre is a very sought piano and keyboard player, regularly playing in China's major cities : 

Hong Kong, Chongqing, Dalian, Qingdao, Tianjin, Tangshan, Hohhot, Baotou, Nanning, Chengdu, Kunming, Zhengzhou, Shenyang, Shijiazhuang, Guiyang, Zibo, 

Shaoxing... 

In Beijing, he collaborates in various projects with the best musicians from China and overseas :
