Pierre Zet is a Progressive House, Melodic Techno & Afro House DJ based out of New York, USA. Often playing in local New York event lineups and sharing the decks with artists such as Stan Kolev or Francis Mercier, Pierre has made a home at several notable powerhouse clubs like Quantum Brooklyn, Bogart House or 3 Dollar Bill.  Founder of the Techno Mansion (TM) community, he is also one of the leading members of the collective Mind Matter and the label SOS Records. Highly passionate, Pierre is also locally known as a DJ coach, event organizer and a promoter you can always count on!
 
From his real name Pierre Alauzet, he started his musical journey at the age of 5 in France at the very classical music academy with the practice of the piano, bassoon, and music theory for more than 15 years. He then took a long break travelling the world and focusing on his digital, data & analytics professional career. 
 
Moving to New York City in 2017 and discovering some of the strongest music communities in the world triggered an unprecedented revelation for Pierre and marked the beginning of his involvement into the local scene as a DJ, an event organizer and a community leader.

Pierre Zet is a celebrated DJ known for his distinctive blend of Melodic Techno, Progressive House, Indie Dance, and Afro House. A regular on the New York club scene, Pierre has spun his dynamic sets at premier venues such as Avant-Gardner, Superior Ingredients, Hearsay, Virgo, Somewhere Nowhere, and 3 Dollar Bill, often sharing the decks with renowned artists like Woo York, Echonomist, Francis Mercier, Stereo Express or Stan Kolev.

Beyond his performances, Pierre is deeply involved in the local music community as a community leader, event producer and sound & lighting engineer. He is the founder of the SOMOS community and a partner at Mind-Matter, where he contributes his vast knowledge and passion for music.

Pierre's musical roots trace back to his early childhood in France, where he was classically trained at a prestigious music academy, mastering the piano, bassoon, and music theory over fifteen years. After a hiatus traveling the world and a successful career in digital, data, and analytics, Pierre relocated to New York City in 2017. The vibrant electronic music scene rekindled his love for music, merging his classical training with his newfound passion for electronic beats.

Pierre Zet is a Techno & Deep House DJ based out of New York and New Jersey, USA. He makes people dance through the vibes that are inspiring him the most: Indie Dance, Melodic Techno and Afro House. Pierre is also a co-founder of the Techno Mansion collective (TM), born after the need to reunite Techno lovers and friends in NYC during COVID-19 times. He started his musical journey at a very young age in France at the music academy and practiced the piano, bassoon and music theory for more than 15 years. It's only after a long break travelling the world and dragged by his friends into the Techno community, that Pierre was brought back to music. For the past 2 years and pulled by the 2020 pandemic, he is now using his deep musical knowledge through his mixing sessions and electronic instruments.
