Stay At Home Records presents an exciting Various Artist EP. On the A side, we have the talented French duo Aline Umber, known for their ambitious and cutting-edge live performances. Following them is label owner Adrien Calvet, showcasing his electro prowess.

The B side is led by the up-and-coming producer Latent, who delivers his distinct enveloping, and catchy groove. Joining him is the exceptionally talented Karaba, renowned for his ability to create mesmerizing textures and infuse funky touches into his tracks. And lastly, we have ILyes, the magical truffle of the project, who wraps up the EP with a nostalgic atmosphere that leaves you yearning for more.

The noises were echoing and reverberating down the hall - it was dark as he moved slowly past each room glancing inside to see if they might be the source of the strange and mysterious sounds. There was a fog which lingered in the air and the floor was sticky beneath. This was the spot all right.

Shadows moved passed him in the corridor, dark faces illuminated only by the occasional flicker and flash of lights from somewhere up above.

This was the sort of place that his parents had warned him about, the sort of place which stank of trouble. Perhaps that was what he had been looking for all along...

DEEWEE is always a force to be reckoned with. Leftfield dance music drawing from a sprawling array of influences make up the tapestry of this unique and innovative record label. Phillipi is a musician who has featured prominently on the label previously and now returns with a new EP which showcases a mixture of Proto - House, EBM and Slo-Mo sounds.

A new Toy Tonics EP. It’s the second by Venezuelan house DJ and producer Gee Lane. Including amazing remixes by NYC mainstay musclecars!

Gee Lane’s debut EP Metamorphosis (with remixes by Demi Riquísimo and Divorce From New York Remix & PIEK ) came out last October. 
But as Virginie (her real name) is a steady name of the Toy Tonics crew now and plays almost every weekend at one of the worldwide Toy Tonics Jams, it makes sense to put out a follow up fast.

Gee Lane originally from Caracas, now living in Barcelona, is a passionate DJ and vinyl digger with an extraordinary positive energy and attitude. A DJ diva in a positive way. A unique personality with a very strong style (in music but also as a person) and very elaborated ability to read and play with the dancers. Like the first EP, this one has also been recorded in Barcelona and Berlin with a little help from Robin Braum from Athlete Whippet. The music reflects well on her roots and passion for everything that came out of New York’s dance culture. You can hear influences from the 80ies promo disco scenes as well as the 90ies Body & Soul/ Francois Kervorkian / Joe Claussell universe. In fact, Gee Lane after being raised in Caracas and musically educated by her father from a very early age (a composer and musician), moved to New York at a very young age in the late 90ies, where she fell in love with the HOUSE scene. And especially everything that happened at the famous and influential 'Body & Soul' club. 

This culture increased her curiosity to become a DJ (and vinyl digger herself) who is not just interested in house music but wants to explore other genres such as funk, Hip-Hop, jazz and Latin sounds and include these vibes into her DJ sets. As vinyl collector (and long-time record shop employee) since then, she is known for her musical eclecticism, which leads her to mix everything she wants...

Toomy Disco, a newcomer on Inex aswell, delivers a shuffling and groovy bomb, pondering the future of DJs. Ron Brown collaborates on a deep, almost Latin-spiced organ track with moments of melancholy and hope. Lastly, Meeshoo touches our souls with strings and disco excellence.
