the hardware behind it. After attending my first series of underground raves, my brain couldn't help but 
link those weird soundscapes and paranormal tones to the electrical circuits I work on everyday - the order 
hiding behind chaos.

Rich grooves, dark basslines, and acid infused sounds are what tickles that special part of my brain.
Here I am on a journey to hunt down those sounds.

Siva Prayojan as I'm called as an artist is - 'Diverse Electronic music ' ranging from Melodic, Progressive, Techno to Drum and bass. I started this project in 2021 and my first release was on Differed records. I don't try and follow mainstream sounds and my work always includes that hint of vague experimental leads or basses. I feel listeners should think of every track of mine as a memorable journey (and I'm grateful that they do feel the same!) Until date my various EP's and singles have been a range of emotions out of which my track ' KAAL' (Released in 2022) seems to have been on most playlists. I play and perform LIVE acts using hardware synths and Sequencers and my last live performance was at the Echoes of Earth Festival where i did the closing set. Apart from releases on labels worldwide like Pursuit, Laika, Inu musika, Music4aliens, Creatus Flow,
2023 is pretty exciting  as LIVE acts are increasingly being encouraged in India nowadays, I'm really looking forward to my upcoming gigs all over India and abroad.

La preposición procedente del latín CIRCA se utiliza en bibliografía científica, en documentos históricos o en genealogías para ubicar temporalmente un acontecimiento y determinar mediante supuestos, en qué momento de la historia de la humanidad ha podido suceder. Con este título este nuevo trabajo de Jëan Fixx busca desplazarnos a un tiempo indeterminado donde la relación del ser humano y la tecnología es tan estrecha que ya no se alcanza a diferenciar el mundo virtual del real.

En este compilatorio de remixes podemos escuchar las revisiones de los tracks de CIRCA realizadas por Death Whistle, Leuter, Drow, Ekkofault y Ermete Lo Stige, aportando otras aproximaciones estéticas posibles del EP original, llevándonos a diferentes estados emocionales a través de cinco ópticas muy personales:   La remezcla de “Humans” de Ekkofault nos transporta a un transformador amanecer, melódico y luminoso, en el que el encontrar paz y consuelo de la mano de un tema con influencias ambient, chill out y aportes vaporwave.   El remix de inspiración downtempo y tech house que nos presenta Leuter del tema “CIRCA”, nos muestra una narrativa progresiva elegante y flotante que nos seduce con pequeños lapsus de síntesis experimental.   Death Whistle nos lleva a un universo profundo y oscuro con influencias del IDM, el bass y el glitch, a través de la revisión magistral que hace del tema de influencia transhumanista “Virtual Body Language”.   Drow nos sorprende con esta contundente y precisa remezcla de techno oscuro y minimalista, en la que la firmeza de los vocales del tema “The Truth” acompañan una frenética línea de bajo que nos arrastran irremediablemente a la pista de baile.   Para completar esta publicación Jëan Fixx nos presenta “Last Call”, un nuevo tema que funciona como epílogo del EP CIRCA, en el que nos invita a tomar conciencia y acción de forma urgente en relación a nuestro presente y por lo tanto nuestro futuro. Este track combina elementos de techno clásico con arreglos más industriales y atmosféricos, junto a sonidos melódicos que nos retrotraen a la década de los 90, aportando un tono épico y progresivo que ya habíamos escuchado en algunos temas anteriores suyos como “Tannhäuser Tor” (2022) o “Globalizer” (2020).

Los 36 minutos de este EP se completan con el dinámico e intenso remix que el productor y DJ Ermete Lo Stige ha realizado de este epílogo, aportando grandes dosis de sonidos industriales y atmósferas oscuras que nos remiten al EBM y al techno progresivo, y que habitualmente encontramos en sus producciones.

Premiere: Mr. ID - IDK (Amine K & Dilby Remix) [Izil Recordings]

Having established himself as Progressive Trance producer (alias Protonica) Piet Kämpfer explores a new contemporary direction into Melodic Techno.

Now based in Berlin, Piet uses his experience in writing melodies, leads and sequences for Protonica to form his new style a combination of Techno and Elements of Trance. Because of his roots in Berlin, Techno is and has been part of his life and inspiration for a long time.

In the past, melodies were frowned upon in techno, but now with the new music genre "Melodic Techno", the mostly rather minimal beats are combined with the harmonic to create something new. In a world that is becoming more complex and darker, "Melodic Techno" brings the simple but also the positive back into music and thus creates a new zeitgeist.

Piet’s recent tracks have been supported by well-known artists like ARTBAT, Cercle Records, and Matchy, among others in the Melodic House and Techno scene. In 2024, he made a remix of Boris Brejcha’s track "Space X," which was released on FCKNG SERIOUS.

In addition to his work as a producer, Piet uses his skills as a sound designer and regularly releases new sample and preset packages under his label Kämpfer Audio.
