Debbie wrote this slow building song from the point of view of a woman at a party who notices her partner walking into another room.  She follows and sees him talking to another woman, therein lies her insecurity.  The tune builds while, on reflection, she realises that they are secure together and she is “the best you ever had”.

This tune started life as a collaboration between Tom Elliot (TC Elliot)'s lyrics and my music during the 50/90 Challenge. The song has morphed a bit since then, but it still shares that original essence. I am grateful to Tom for his part in bringing this song to life.
