We're very proud to announce the release of S.O.N.S' complete 7-hour vinyl set, which was recorded at 宀 for the February 2024 edition of VG+.

S.O.N.S, real name Tim, is pushing the vinyl format throught his adventurous DJ sets and his record store Junction in Seoul, South Korea. Having settled in the city more than 10 years ago, he has been part of the local electronic music community development and is currently resident DJ of the reknowned Ring club, at the heart of the Itaewon District.With several well received records under different aliases (Dj Jacuzziy, SYO...) and collaborations (Forest Witches, Giorgio Celeste & The Cobra) mostly self released on his own labels, he divides his time between making music in the studio, caring for the customers in the store, and digging compulsively for new yet unearthed music.

Yangbong is a boundary-pushing DJ and sound curator blending natural percussion with deep house, downtempo, and world music. Rooted in Afro house and Latin rhythms, she crafts immersive sets with unexpected transitions and organic energy. 

She is also the founder and director of WET, a Busan-based female DJ collective, organizing and performing at highly successful parties. Since debuting in 2022, she has performed across Busan. Now expanding her career in Europe, she continues to captivate global audiences with her unique sonic journey.

Korea’s music scene has been bubbling for some time, but it is in the process of exploding, largely thanks to the hard work of artists like Radio Revolution, a cornerstone resident DJ of his scene. The foresight and musical knowledge required for such a feat is one that Radio Revolution approaches with such methodical ease that it cannot help but transfer over to the overall aesthetic of the event, as well as its much lauded success. This deep understanding of the Korean scene and its place in the global community has allowed RR to develop his own legacy as well as helping domestic artists to emerge.
