The EP includes four tracks. “Ossaim” is an encounter with the God of the forests and the flowers. In this piece of jungle-sound the duo invites us to embark in the woods, the ritual has begun. In the sequence appears “Sarvará”, an edit of a track of the very-very Brazilian ProjetoMujique; of this bridge Brazil-Portugal appears this second track, an electronic ode to Oxalá. “Ovoavoa” is an invitation to the liberation and celebration of life and love. An invitation to smile and dance freely. “Urubu Violeta” finishes the thematic clipping. It is a “musical illustration” of an original poem by actor Rui Queirós de Matos aka Spike that gives voice to the more futuristic composition of the EP. With an organic feel that is the result of an exciting layering, the Portuguese newcomers deliver a cosmic, fresh, unique and emotionally rich production of intentions.

“O Futuro do Passado” is a vivid introduction to the thematic clipping explored by Maria and Luís. With a down tempo ethnic's scene still embryonic Portugal seems to contribute strongly to the artistic extrapolation of the duo. An infinity of perspectives and colours, together with a powerful groove feeling make this project a unique sound experience. With the incessant search for ways of expressing themselves through popular music, Ohxalá delivers in such a different way a sound package that make us reflect on the past and look to the future without fear.

Listening to the first few seconds of Muno’s „Animalia EP“ it's no surprise it was made in Argentina. The EP mirrors a journey about the evolution of mankind through life-long lessons and experiences. „Animalia“ features vocal samples talking about the very first man as an exploring hunter while using percussions grooving like an organic orchestra to underline the playful melodic main theme. The second track, „Chroma“ serves as the melancholic part of the EP related to an idea of a rainy relaxed forest. The song is dominated by elements somewhere between heavy and light, without losing a genuine human touch by wisely adding different shaker elements. The last track which comes in two versions, „Didjeridub“ is inspired by a dry desert land that completes the concept of the EP focusing on the origin of life. We were really happy to get to know this great guy and are proud to introduce you to these four South American influced pearls for a perfect start into this year's festival season.

Mictlán es el inframundo y parte del universo vertical, creado por la pareja de dioses soberanos de los muertos. Sus nueve niveles representan el viaje del Dios Tonatiuh todas las noches en las fauces de los señores de la Tierra. 

Tepeme Monamictlán es el segundo de los nueve niveles y residencia de Tepeyóllotl (dios de las montañas, los ecos y el jaguar). Esta es la región donde dos montañas chocan, produciendo ecos como señal a los muertos para cruzar al siguiente nivel.

Mictlán is a conceptual album through genres and interpretations of 18 artists about the underworld according to the mythology and pre-Hispanic worldview of the Aztecs.

Mictlán is the underworld and part of the vertical universe, created by the pair of sovereign gods of the dead. Its nine levels represent the journey of a god every night in the fauces of the lords of the Earth.

Tepeme Monamictlán is the second of the nine levels and residence of Tepeyóllotl (god of mountains, echoes and jaguar). This is the region where two mountains collide, producing echoes as a signal to the dead to cross to the next level.
