Just because I'd distanced myself from the fandom till four months ago doesn't mean I hadn't been productive Thomas-wise..!

Having been in the works for well over half a year now, here’s what's got to be my favourite (if not, up there for sure) theme from the show – presented in the graceful and sophisticated glory of the Proteus 2 – yet the most frustrating one for me to undertake! The thing about Thomas' S1 theme is that it seems simplistic on the nose of it, but is so, so complex. I've listened to it more times than I can recall since I was 3, lately at various speeds, and up to the point of posting this track I've still been finding out new things about it my ears NEVER picked up on before – hats off, M and J, right off.

Thanks to TheUlfsteadLine for helping me get the cabasa playing at the right note.
