This is a re-interpretation of a traditional quechua song from Peru originally sung a capella, and sent to space via the Voyager probes (see "Voyager Golden Records").
In this version electronic effects and traditional instruments were added, hopefully without betraying the amazingly beautiful original vibe.

A boiler issue in my friends' house, probably caused by a daemon, produced that insane sibilance. As we were slowly freezing, bitten by the wet northern winter without any mean to produce heat, we thus decided to face the problem as adults and tried to summond that daemon.
The result was that track.

Among the things I learnt from this experience:
- Daemons like to disko disko party party just like us.
- omg the plumber knows about black magic
- we all got sick in a weird, intense way. Daemons like to party party but they are not cool.
- I love hot showers so much

[MIX] Lost & Found

Recorded and mixed through the past 2 years in my successive 'studios'. 3 cuts are sampled, first with colombian gaitas, second with homemade bamboo flute and third dubbed with love and analogue fx.

I make music as a producer and/or as a solo instrumentalist. I usually repost my collabs.

About world instruments I play, I want to draw attention to the cultures to which they belong, about the context of their sound and, above all, I want to thank and to greet my friends and masters all across the world, as they dedicated time and love to open me the doors of their art. 

My Gaitas are from Northern Colombia (made by Alexander Muñoz). Check the roots of the Cumbia, this music lives a rebirth today.

My Duduks are from Armenia (made by Sevada Duduks or Haig Sarikouyoumdjian; special thanks to Tigran Aleksanyan). Check the beauty of profane and sacred armenian music.

My Quenas, quenachos, charangos, tiple and sikus are from the andean areas of Chile, Bolivia and Colombia. Check the very alive scene of andean music.

My Bağlamas and neys are from Turkey and Greece (Special thanks to Christos Barbas). Check sufi music and Turkish folk music.

You can always ask me for references to listen to, since I don't always respect the traditional ways of playing. Somes flutes I made myself, using the amazing knowledge available on the internet (special thanks to the internet).
