The first part of the song is when claus first meets the fallen alien on the border to Snowman.

Alright, so this song has actually quite abit of history into it. I originally planned it to use just Fate/Serious instead of Strong One, with a slight touch of Fate. However, when I did it, it kept on sounding like utter trash, so I asked one of my friends on which motif I should use in "claus".

I had three options, the Pigmask Anthem, Fate/Serious, and Strong One. He chose Strong One.

So I figured that I would use Strong One for the "sans" of the AU, even if it is a hella weird song to do. 

Encounter with the Masked Man is based off the Unused Battle theme and Battle against the Masked Man.

claus. uses Strong One with a pinch of Fate/Serious.

Quartz Quadrant is a reeeaally good level with reeeaaallllyyy good music, I decided to do BF for now, but I will most likely do Present or Past as well!

Sonic CD - Quartz Quadrant (Bad Future)

I finished all Shovel Knight campaigns already, that means I've listened to all the songs. Now it's time to cover some of 'em.
Next up will probably be "An Underlying Problem" or "Tools of War".
I had to download a NSF (song file of Famitracker) and use NSFplay (synthestia version) to figure out all the melodies, basslines, arpeggios, etc. It was kind of a mess, but I was able to do it very nicely, don't you think?

i had this MIDI for a while until i decided to actually make something with it. and, surprise surprise, i used the Paper Mario 64 soundfont again-
