If you could have any super power, what would it be? Mine would be to heal.

The first time I heard this song with those vocals, it cut me deep in the heart. It was like hearing a reflection of myself… I was that kid... And, in so many ways I still am...

There was a time I dreamed of becoming a doctor. Not because anyone expected it of me. Not because of the money. But because I loved the idea of healing people.

I've always wanted healing super powers. But I never really realized that I already had the potential for these powers inside of me through the making and sharing of music.

Music isn’t just art or entertainment. It’s medicine. It’s what a lot of people turn to when we need to feel OK. Whether it be music that makes us throw fists in the air to safely release some rage. Or music that makes us curl up in the corner to comfortably release some pain.
