With his first release since his debut professional tour in Europe, Flemcy Music proudly presents Not Demure's emotive 'Ostinato EP'.  A touching homage to his late father's life journey and six months in the making, this EP delivers depth on many levels with intensely rich remixes by Morttagua, Ornery and JP Lantieri.

We begin with 'Ostinato'. Not Demure's original mix beats like a loving heart, pul-sating effortlessly with a life-like energy offering progressive warmth and extreme aural comfort.

Next is 'Overture', a multi-dimensional, prog-tech journey surrounded by relent-less ricochets of intensity. This original mix by Not Demure harbours something very sinister yet is so, so sweet.

In his unique and atmospheric style, Morttagua cleverly takes 'Ostinato' to a much darker place whilst still allowing its beautiful core to shine. This rework spreads its audio waves like a virus that brings so much pleasure it needs no cure. 
   
Now it's JP Lantieri's turn as he accelerates us towards raging waters with his electrifying 'Overture' adaptation. This powerful, melodic, progressive ride will leave you completely breathless. 

Finally, as this incredible story comes to an end, Flemcy's long time partner Or-nery pours new life into the loving heart of 'Ostinato' once more. The essence of Not Demure's original mix is elegantly captured in this delicate, meditative es-cape.

Do Not Sit On The Furniture Recordings welcome the Wild Dark duo for another EP that showcases the most authentic deep house sounds around. 

This brotherly pair from NYC  have two decades of experience behind them and merge house, techno and natural vocals into moving tracks that have taken them to gigs everywhere from Burning Man's Robot Heart to Bedouin's Saga and labels like trueColors and Supernature. 

Here they open the EP with Mercury in Reverse, a blissed out and beautiful track with angelic chords and soft wavy grooves that cast a real spell. Tremble Road is then a little more driven, with rumbling bass and a darker mood to the grooves as exotic sounding instruments dangling up top and occupy your mind. 

The Slide then finishes things off with seven dreamy and deep minutes of lush deep vibes with organic shakers and gentle synth lines that really get you in a daze and keep you there.

This is a richly detailed EP full of timeless house that really moves you.

Dystopian Desert is the first studio album from Lisbon’s very own DJ and producer Madd Rod, released on 31 July 2020 by his imprint Inner Shah Recordings. Part a tribute to his roots, part a promise for the future: the album is the product of years of growth and appears as a solid approach to what some could call “Desert House”.
After years developing his sound, the artist sets a statement in this adventure as a storyteller, exploring different melodies in the Arabic scale in a gamut of ambient and club-ready tracks inspired by arid landscapes.
Rod expertly makes use of live guitar jams recorded by Azul (Duarte Igreja) to add a real element to the otherwise fully electronic compositions, adding a twist to the Melodic House and Techno the artist had released previously.
To add to the uniqueness of the 12-track album, the artist challenged the talented Rita Morais to oil paint her vision of the album on a square canvas that ended up as the artwork to this eclectic, mystic and exotic sound experience.
