It was magical to dive into the Pilates Sound Flow with these great souls at our beloved Agape Zoe Festival in Berlin. So amazing to observe and feel how the sound in combination with the meditation, the breathing, the exercises and the flow of movement brought stagnant energies to flow and made faces smile. Agape Zoe Festival Berlin / DJ Iv / Pilates Sound Flow✨🧘‍♀️

It was wonderful to give Electronic Pilates & Meditation in this magical place at the @komod_kultur Festival in Weilheim. In this class I was able to combine two of my long-time passions: Music and Pilates. I adapted the set exactly to my lesson. Spherical electronic sounds let you immerse yourself in the Pilates flow. It was wonderful to accompany these great people. Many were not yet aware of the Powerhouse and were very motivated to continue to deepen this knowledge. As a teacher, it is the most beautiful thing when you can pass on your passion for something. I m so grateful for this journey! ❤️🙏❤️🙌

Komod Festival Weilheim / DJ Tornadotoni / Electronic Pilates & Meditation

This set (Agape Zoe Festival Corfu '23) is a gentle, meditative, and spiritual journey inward, toward the heart. It invites you to exhale andd to dance out the emotions you want to release and letting go of all the old baggage that blocks the path to your true self. It's about breaking the chains of patterns that confine us and simultaneously embracing all the contrasts and facets of who we are: the darkness and the light, fear and courage, vulnerability and strength, and so on.

This set served as the musical accompaniment to the "From Trauma to Tantra" workshop led by Our Echo (Agape Zoe Festival Corfu - Gayatri Mandir Floor). It was a wonderful experience collaborating with Our Echo, the wonderful singer Felicia Falck and Felix Leela Arun.
Thank you, dear, brave Echo, for bringing these amazing artists together. Thanks to the Agape Zoe Festival for the magical setting and the kind support from the talented sound technician, Anita. And last but not least, a huge, heartfelt thank you to the beautiful, sensitive souls who delved so deeply into my music that I had goosebumps all over. Es war einfach großartig, auf dem tollen Komod Festival mit dem Pilates Sound Flow aufzutreten! Hier ist die Soundjourney von DJ Iv zum Workshop von Toni. Die heilende Energie in der Luft war spürbar und die Freude und Achtsamkeit untereinander, die trotz der Hitze herrschte, mitreißend.

Die "Pilates Sound Flow-Reise ist eine tiefgehende Verschmelzung von Meditation und einem rhythmischen Tanz der Bewegung. Die meditative Einstimmung wird von sanften, schwingenden Klängen getragen, die behutsam in eine Atmosphäre der Entspannung und inneren Verbundenheit führen. In den Pilates-Übungen verschmelzen die fließenden Bewegungen mit anregenden Rhythmen zu einem tiefen Tanz des Seins. Die pulsierenden Beats sind nicht nur die treibende Kraft, sondern werden zu einem integralen Bestandteil jeder Bewegung, die sich in Harmonie mit den Klängen entfaltet.

Die Reise findet schließlich ihren Abschluss in einer beruhigenden Meditation, begleitet von sanften Naturklängen, die die energetische Resonanz der vorangegangenen Übungen behutsam ausklingen lassen. "Pilates Sound Flow“ ist somit weit mehr als nur ein körperliches Erlebnis – es ist eine spirituelle Reise, die die Sinne öffnet und Körper sowie Geist in einer tiefgreifenden, harmonischen Symbiose vereint.

Komod Festival / DJ IV / Pilates Sound Flow

Soundjourneys that slowly increase, with a meditative part at the beginning, then slow  rhythms, psybient, spherical sounds, psychill, soundscapes, trascending music flow in. Last but not least the journey ends with meditation sounds. 
The selection of sounds is all about a symbiosis with the movements of the Pilates flow. Let yourself be guided by your breath, the sound and your heart to a deeper connection and let go of everything that no longer serves you. During the ,Pilates Sound flow’ the sound let you dive deeper into the flow until it finally takes you on a healing journey. One of the main principles of Pilates is ,flow’. Flowing movements and conscious breathing fully integrates your mind, body and spirit. 

With the ,Pilates Sound Flow’ a new exciting project has started, it is a collaboration by DJ IV and Tornadotoni.

Toni (Pilates coach/DJ  Tornadotoni) 
Pilates is more than exercise for her, it has become a philosophy of life, as Pilates allows her to center herself internally and physically again and again, thereby strengthening the attitude with which she goes through life.

DJ Iv 
Vanessa Ivan aka DJ Iv is a Berlin-based artist. She has been a member of the six-person female music collective "Cosmic Giggle" since summer 2017. The Cosmic Giggle is always celebrated over several hours. At least three hours of playing time, at best with an open end.
The performance is to be understood musically as well as installatively, it seems casually integrated into the space and shows ceremonial traits through the circular structure and the proximity to the floor, an associated campfire of modernity. 
During Corona Lockdown 2020, Iv devotes more time to ambient and trance music, delving into her fine-frequented collection. Most recently she performed her ambient set with her duo artist project " Ivo Profan and the Kobayashi" at the "Bau mich auf Festival".
