Sam Redmore drops Home – a truly special track featuring afrobeat icon Dele Sosimi.

Sam tells us, “Dele is a massively respected name in the afrobeat world, and somebody whose music I have been following for a long time - well before I started making music myself. To collaborate with him on a track really is an honour, with his contributions and influence on so much music that I love a huge deal to me.

Receiving the vocal recording for Home it immediately elevated what was something I was already proud of to a new level. You can hear the emotion in Dele's voice, and listening back to the track now I can't help but feel that emotion. There is a melancholy there but also hope and uplift - things that are important to me both in music and in life”.

Midnight Drive

Pillowshape is the latest project from Surrey-based songwriter and producer Jamie Amos, whose indie, pop, and acoustic credited tracks have amassed over 7 million streams. A multi-instrumentalist, Jamie plays bass, double bass, guitar, keyboards, and clarinet. Starting with his first band, The Blue Pursuit, he moved on to work at prestigious studios like State of The Ark and Metropolis, collaborating with names such as James Morrison and Walking on Cars.

As a session musician, Jamie has performed with artists like Tom Grennan and Nilufer Yanya, playing at iconic venues including O2 Brixton Academy and Shepherds Bush Empire. Now, Pillowshape represents his evolving artistry, blending emotive songwriting with his vast industry experience. At 28, Jamie continues to captivate listeners with his unique sound and passion for music.
