Josh Edwards, known professionally as Blanco White, is an English singer-songwriter and guitarist from London, England. He has released one studio album, On the Other Side.

Currently, 'Blanco' is working on his upcoming album and we have been writing and producing it together. About half of the album has been recorded in the 'drum dem'. Most of it was played by me. We wanted to approach this album very organically so, 90% of it has been played live with carefully tuned and toned shaped drums/percussion instruments.

After writing the drum part and capturing the drum kit, I started on the mixing, mainly cleaning up/editing some bits and making the drums a bit more punchier.

But when we saw all of your beautifully created dancing sticks and happy faces smiling at us all the nervous feelings turned into pure bliss and joy. Thanks to all our friends and everyone who showed up and danced with us. We feel very honored to have experienced this with you and will never forget this beautiful ride from the sunset into the night.

This set is mostly created with sounds collected from all over the world, in order to add an ethnic feeling to my livesets. 
I did not take time to focus on details or shape the sound too much, so most tracks are yet unfinished and it has a very spontaneous vibe to me. 
Thus I rather consider the set as a "preview" of what might come out soon. Still decided to upload it though, to challenge my terrible lack of musical output;)

This is a raw recording from my sunrise set Lapa Stage, Envision Festival, Costa Rica. 22.02.2020.
Lots of oldies from previous sets in this one, but numerous requests and everything else about this morning has made it one for the books. 
Most of the animal sounds you can hear in the set was recorded up in the jungle where we stayed for a week.
