You have never left paradise
but maybe you have forgotten

You have seen it briefly 
when you are in absolute peace
You have felt it easily 
when you are in an attitude of Love

Paradise wants to be manifested
It is looking to be displayed from within you
through your being 
to this world to anchor

Keep it in mind when the sun shines in the sky
enlivening the skin with its warmth

to be more natural and gracious 

When tranquility prevails
in your stomach and mind 
like a soft and sweet kiss
Paradise feels

infinite Love in the midst of pain
in the midst of lack of Love

Choose this world as the place 
where paradise can be

Al paraíso nunca lo has dejado 
pero tal vez lo hayas olvidado

Lo has visto brevemente
cuando estas en absoluta paz
Lo has sentido fácilmente 
cuando estás en actitud de amar

El paraíso quiere manifestarse
desde tu interior busca mostrarse 
por medio de tu ser
a este mundo anclarse

Tenlo presente cuando el sol brille en el cielo
avivando la piel con su calor
intensificando los colores en torno
alegrando el canto de las aves
inspirando a cada sonrisa 
a ser más natural y cordial

Cuando la tranquilidad prevalece 
en tu estómago y en tu mente
como un beso suave y dulce
el paraíso se siente

Tranquilidad abundante en la marea

of flying birds 
in cerulean skies

Cada cuerpo es un lienzo de un proceso sagrado 
las manos de Dios trabajando 
pintando imágenes alegres 
de pájaros volando 
en cielos azules 
en donde hay luz dorada 
recostada en el pasto 

Manos que a pesar de ser invisibles 
afectan tu vida a cada paso 
cuidando profundamente de tu existencia 
cuidando tu respiración 

Estas manos amorosas te entienden mas que tu mismo 
la manera en la que te comportas 
lo que te duele

ellas saben cual es tu verdadera realidad

Se testigo de la revelación
que viene de una mente
que ha removido los bloqueos
que interfieren con la presencia del Amor

Presta atención al Amor

estado de paz adonde sea que vayas

El proceso para habitar el presente
es un camino constante
sin final
con planos y serenidad
con subidas nunca caídas
nunca de espaldas
 
Estás en camino
cuando la vida se comporta
acorde a tus añoranzas

traídos a un estado de realización
