Latest mix in our exclusive mix series comes from brand new artist - ALGIA!!

Algia is a dj and producer from Hungary.
Until 2016, he was just a simple party goer, but then he won a mix contest and received the opportunity to play at a party called "FLTH" which is a Dark Techno party series based in Budapest at club "Supersonic" where he became a resident.

After two years of DJing he started to learn how to produce his own music and soon got his first release. He is still learning and trying to improve his sound, which will be familiar, if you ever be around a smelter.

Heavy Plate Mill is a monthly podcast by Pinch Point Records showcasing the label's taste and releases in the industrial techno sub-genre.

Let's start the year with something new! Mörg aka Christos Retsinis is a DJ/producer from Greece who sent us a handful of demo tracks a few weeks ago and it turned out he's not just a talented producer with a very distinctive sound in the genre, but also a popular DJ in his country since 2012.
So we asked him to record an exclusive set for our podcast to announce him, because pretty soon we are going to release his new EP with 3 original tracks and a bonus which will remain secret until everything is ready to roll out.

TECHNO, irgendwann 2010 schickt Tom ein Demo an Stressfucktor, Hannovers erste Adresse in Sachen Techno, und spielt im Januar 2011 seinen ersten Gig als Techno DJ. Sein frischer, eigener Stil kommt extrem gut an und nach zwei weiteren Gigs wird er gefragt ob er Resident bei SF werden will. Danach folgen Bookings bei der Kanzlernacht in Berlin, auf dem Hai in den Mai, der Wonderland und weiterhin in und um Hannover mit Djs wie Rush, Klaudia Gawlas, Octave etc. Die logische Konsequenz war, auch eigene Tracks zu produzieren. Die bisher auf Darker Sounds, Stoler Tech Records, Subvibez, Subwoofer, District Facility, Oxytech Records, Raversar, Tenebrous Music, Black Drop, Technodrome, De-Konstrukt und Art Style: Techno Records releast wurden.

Man sieht es, man hört es und fühlt es: der Mann mit den Dreads lebt seinen Sound. Abgefahrener Techno der stillstehen nicht duldet. Kein Set ist gleich und doch unverkennbar.
